Access Event Hospitality LLC (“we”) runs accesseventhospitality.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or join the Access Host early-access list, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, work email, phone number if given, and details about the event you have in mind.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, prepare hospitality options and, if you joined the early-access list, to tell you about Access Host. We do not sell your details.

Who we share it with

With the service that delivers our form submissions and email, and, when you ask us to book something, with the venues, hospitality partners and travel providers needed to arrange it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or booking, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
